Description
A refundable bond is required for all apartment moves (both in and out) to cover any potential damage to common property or additional cleaning required.
Please note:
- The bond must be paid prior to booking a move.
- The bond will be refunded once the move is completed and the common areas have been inspected.
- Any damage, cleaning, or breach of by-laws may result in deductions from the bond.
