The following contractors have previously failed to comply with the SP69204 By-Laws and/or have undertaken work that did not meet required safety standards.
As a result, the Strata Committee will not approve works involving the contractors listed below where approval is required under the By-Laws or Building Rules.
This list is maintained to protect the safety of residents, contractors and common property, and is reviewed from time to time.
All residents and lot owners are required to comply with the SP69204 By-Laws and must ensure that any contractors engaged:
- work only within the specified approved hours
- adequately protect common property at all times
- meet all approval, licensing, insurance and safety requirements before works commence
