Car Park & Parking

Paddington Central offers a mix of secure underground parking spaces for residents and eight dedicated visitor bays. To ensure fair use and maintain safety, the following parking rules apply to all residents, tenants, and visitors.

Resident Car Spaces

  • Car spaces are for the exclusive use of residents or their guests on a casual basis.
  • Spaces must be used solely for the parking of motor vehicles, motorbikes, or bicycles.
  • Residents must park only in the space allocated to their lot on the registered Strata Plan.
  • Storage of any other items (e.g. boxes, furniture, or household goods) is strictly prohibited.
  • Vehicle washing, repairs, or fluid top-ups (oil, brake, coolant etc.) are not permitted in car spaces or anywhere on common property.

Visitor Parking

  • Visitor bays are provided for short-term use only by guests of residents.
  • Parking in visitor spaces is limited to a maximum of 24 hours a week, unless otherwise approved by the Building Manager or Strata Committee.
  • Residents are not permitted to park in visitor spaces without prior written approval from the Owners Corporation.
  • Guests must only park in designated visitor bays or the host resident’s own car space.

Access Devices

  • Residents are entitled to two garage remotes per allocated car space.
  • Lost or additional remotes should be requested through the Building Manager. Charges apply.

Car Space Locking Devices

  • Installation of locking devices (e.g. fold-down bollards) requires written approval from the Owners Corporation.

Reminders

  • Do not block access to other car spaces or impede vehicle entry and exit.
  • No parking is allowed on common property, including passageways, ramps, or behind visitor spots.
  • Non-compliant vehicles will be issued with a warning notice or referred for further action.
