Secure access is provided via Fob and Airkey systems, with 24/7 closed circuit television monitoring.

Visitors Parking

Guest parking is available at B1 and is limited to 24 hours from Monday to Friday, inclusive in any one period.

Cleaning

Comprehensive cleaning service for all common areas, ensuring they are impeccably maintained.

Bulky Rubbish

Contact City of Sydney for a bulky rubbish collection here. Also, place regular recycling and garbage in the rubbish room; outside to the left of the carpark entry on Renny Lane.

Fire Evacution Procedure
